Sharing Information

The TimberQuote website encourages timber related information sharing. If you are an extension agent, practicing forester, industry representative or educator we encourage to join as an information provider. Once you are approved, you can post timber related event information such as landowner meetings, educational  seminars, trade shows etc. If a timberland owner or forestry professional would be interested, then you are welcome to post it here for free. In exchange, we would just like to get more people involved using TimberQuote as a resource. Help us increase our exposure in your area by sharing our site in such methods as:

• Landowner Meetings
• Member Mailings,
• Trade Brochures,
• Word of mouth,
• Website Link Exchanges, etc.

Located in the Tools Section, anyone can search for forestry events in their area. Just enter the zip code and leave the rest to us. These events may be held by forest product companies, landowner associations, state forestry services, or college programs.

Seedling Database

The TimberQuote website allows information providers to advertise seedlings for sale. Just join as an information provider and once approved, your seedling sales are included in our searchable database at no cost to you. Just another way that TimberQuote is connecting timberland owners to  the forest industry!
